Immigration Removal Defense

Attorney Bangudi defends individuals facing removal in federal Immigration Courts throughout the U.S., and particularly in Maryland Immigration Court in Baltimore, MD and in several Texas Immigration Courts. She works closely with her clients and client families in finding the best available option for each client, and personally visits locally detained clients. She represents individuals in cases including but not limited to: criminal immigration or “crimmigration,” stopping deportation, seeking stay of deportation, terminating removal proceedings, seeking dismissal of removal proceedings, and pursing defenses including Cancellation of Removal, Asylum and Withholding of Removal, and Relief Under the Convention Against Torture, Green card applications, U-visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), and Waivers including I-601 Waivers, I-601A Waivers, and I-212 Waivers. Attorney Bangudi defends individuals at different levels of immigration litigation, including Immigration Court and before the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Ms. Bangudi is a Past Chair of the Immigration Section of the Maryland State Bar Association and the DC Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is an active member of both organizations. She previously volunteered at a Southern Border detention center helping women and children asylum seekers.
